Firefox has now had 90 million downloads. Wow. Pretty good, considering it's produced as open source software.
There have been security issues, much like Micosoft's Internet Explorer has had. Only not near the amount that Microsoft has had to deal with (these were just a few of them).
Personally, I use Firefox as much as I can. Other than windows updates and some ftp sites, Firefox has been perfect for everything else.
Yeah, I'll admit, I'm more of a unix and linux geek. That means I lean as much as possible away from Microsoft stuff. However, I can't stay totally away. But their security issues have concerned me. I've had to deal with viruses on a personal and corporate level way too often.
