Responsible people....

...claim responsibility, even when it hurts.  Bush did that today, even when some of us think he has less to apoligize for than others do.

But with true leaders, those thoughts (like mine) don't matter.  They still take their hits.  He has actually gained popularity in my eyes because of his stance.

Other's popularity could also grow if they "fessed up" as well.
