A Case to Watch

A case worth watching is one currently being decided in an Italian court.  It seems a fella by the name of Luigi Cascioli has filed suit against the Catholic church.  That may sound normal these days, but the specifics are that Luigi is alleging that the church is teaching the lie of Jesus existence.

At least Luigi has a sense of humor about it.  He admits that, in very highly Catholic Italy, it would take "a miracle" for him to win the case.
