Lawmaker Swamped With Calls

I'd love to see more of this.  A lawmaker who "wants" to receive calls from constituents.

A lawmaker in Malaysia asked, during a TV show, for folks to call him directly about problems that concern his area of government.  They did....to the tune of 2,600 text messages and hundreds of phone calls. 

Actually, only 200 of the text messages were for complaints.  The others were ideas for improvements, and congratulatory in nature.

Ever felt like your elected representative wanted to hear from you?
