One is a DHS grant for Kentucky. The Kentucky Office of Charitable Giving is rather afraid of the little old ladies at bingo halls. Seems they might be raising money for terrorists. Okay.......
That's right up there with random searches of these same grandmas at airports. Maybe they're traveling to take their bingo winnings off to some terrorist organization.
