Anyone have news on the company Euclid Discoveries? They have lots of talk about breaking news of breakthroughs in data compression technology. However, the blog "The Data Compression News Blog" has questioned twice the claims of Euclid (see here and here).
It would be a tremendous leap in technology if the development turns to fruition. But it does look like the angel investors, who have put up money for the development, have been waiting a long time. I hope for their sake it becomes a reality.
