NBC & VeggieTales

NBC has been no friend to Christianity in the recent past.  They're continuing on in that mode.

Remember The Book of Daniel?  Definitely not a show that was friendly to mainstream Christendom.  Now we have them airing of Madonna's mock crucifixion scene.  In NBC's world, it's OK to offend Christianity. 

Now it seems NBC doesn't wish to be "Fair and Balanced" by being overtly friendly to Christianity.  They have a desire to raise their ratings on Saturdays, so they asked the VeggieTales folks to provide them some shows to air.  The network then, under the pretense of the shows being too long, edited the shows content.  Later, it was announced they edited out the "blatant" Christian parts, leaving just the good story parts.

They might want to be careful what they strip out....they might be stripping out their ratings as well.
