Democrat / Republican Differences

I'm sure this topic could be a running series of posts, like "Quote of the Day".  The Mark Foley incident sure shows the differences between Democrats and Republicans.

On a similar point, Carol Platt Liebau makes a very good point concerning Foley's emails:

Why do the Democrats think that the House leadership should have been monitoring Mark Foley's email, when they're opposed to wiretapping phone calls to known terrorists?

Why indeed.
