Andri Snaer Magnason of Iceland had a tremendous idea for stargazers in his home country - shut the city's lights off for 30 minutes. Sadly, the evening they picked for the event had a few clouds in the sky which obscured some of the viewing.
The police reported no trouble during the half an hour of lights out. Wonder if this would happen in New York City or Louisville?
