This great shot of the Orion Nebula, taken by the Spitzer and Hubble Telescopes, was released by NASA this past Tuesday. Looking at it through my 4-1/2 inch Celestron pales badly in comparison.
Studies and pictures taken by Hubble have broadened our knowledge of the universe. It's great to hear that a future shuttle mission is in the plans to repair the telescope and keep it up and going through 2013.
