...on having the guts to allow us to see inside your company through your blog "Nuts About Southwest". You all sure have fun, and it shows through your people as they post at the blog.
The Southwest blog celebrated it's first birthday on April 27th. As a successful company, I think they've discovered an outlet to connect with their customers.
Too bad that some companies are a little scared of being toooo open. As a Southwest customer myself, I can say that fear isn't helping us potential customers to move over to them.
