Lieberman-Warner Bill

My previous post on this mentioned negative and positive news.  I'm glad the positive won out: "Dems Yank Global Warming Bill."  Now maybe S.2191, America's Climate Security Act of 2007, or anything like it, can R.I.P.  But I doubt that.
