Practicing Safe.....Oil Drilling

These folks are drilling and pumping oil and gas in such wild out of the way places as subdivisions.  Yes, you heard that right.....as they put it, where "some (are) a stone's throw from suburban homes and schools."  So what's the fear of offshore drilling, again?
