The Party of the Rich

It wasn't McCain at the $28,500 a plate fund raiser in Beverly Hills.  Wonder how many little guys, like me, could afford a dinner like this one?

I'm with Mickey Kaus on this one: "Can the $9 million raised tonight by Obama at that Beverly Hills Barbra Streisand celebrity fundraiser possibly win him as many votes as the bad publicity from the fundraiser is losing him? I don't think so. ... P.S.: I'm from Beverly Hills! I've learned the hard way that there is no way to make it go down well with the rest of America."

Looks like they also forgot his teleprompter at the fundraiser.
