The latest visit by Prime Minister Gordon Brown of Great Britain has underscored what many of us have known throughout this past election cycle. That we now have a president with absolutely no executive experience. Those he's appointed below him have similar training.
Imagine someone from either of the Bush administrations being quoted as saying this: "There's nothing special about Britain. You're just the same as the other 190 countries in the world. You shouldn't expect special treatment." It's being blown off as a statement made by "Mr Obama's determination to do too much too quickly."
I don't buy that argument. I'd say it's a combination of lack of experience couple with an arrogance that the one knows how to do everything. Not exactly traits we want in any of our leaders.
