How Do You Spell "Tired"?

Seems President Obama was a bit too tired to pay much attention to the leader of our closest ally when he came to visit last week.  Funny, in all the crises that President Bush faced, I don't recall that ever having been a problem.  In this case, I think there's a better way to spell "tired":  i-n-c-o-m-p-e-t-e-n-t.
